Face coverings that cover the nose and mouth are required for all guests and team members in public areas, except when dining. Please be aware, if you are arriving by boat, the Catalina Express is strictly enforcing facial covering rules.
We are asking guests to be cautious. Do not visit the hotel within 14 days if you have been sick, have travelled internationally or been exposed to a known or expected case of COVID-19.
Increase the already stringent frequency and rigor of cleaning and sanitation in all public areas, guest rooms, and back of office space. Our process includes EPA approved disinfectants and allocating extra time for our housekeepers to focus on high touch areas.
Rotating in use guest rooms to allow more time between guest and staff entering the rooms for cleaning.
Provide additional training for all employees on safety and illness prevention.
Bellanca maintains a strict "don't work sick" policy for all employees.
Implement contactless check in.
Continuous monitoring and adherence to all recommendations of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Los Angeles County Public Health Order.
For your safety and for that of team members and in line with legislation and current best practice, the hotel has modified and/or suspended some services.
Naughty Fox is open for takeout services only. Continental breakfast is not available.
Your room will be thoroughly cleaned prior to arrival. During your stay, we will not provide stay-over housekeeping service. If you need items replenished, they are available by request.
If a team member needs to enter your room for urgent service, they will do so only when guests are not present.
These changes are temporary. We will resume normal service levels as soon as possible.
